step 1.take out screw for bar end
step 2.drill hole in bottle cap the size of screw in bar end.
step 3.insert screw through the cap and into the barend and if needed chip off the plastic so the bottle cap sits flush on the end.
step 4.sit back and enjoy

my front end dropped out on a jump practicing for a race and i crashed hard. nothing broken they just had to make sure though.
